Ingredients Instructions

2 tablespoons instant coffee

50 m l boiling w ater

250 m l m ilk

½ cup crush ed ice

100 m l w h ipped cream

Dissolve th e coffee pow der in boiling w ater, th en leave to

cool. Pour a little w ater into th e tank , th en add th e ice and

crush on Speed 3. Blend all ingredients except cream on

setting 1 for 30- 60 seconds.

W h ip cream for 40 seconds. Pour into glasses and top w ith

cream . Sprink le w ith drink ing ch ocolate.

Egg Nog

250 m l h ot m ilk

2 tablespoons Rum

2 tablespoons h oney

1 egg

nutm eg

Blend m ilk , rum and h oney on setting 2 for 30- 60 seconds.

Add egg and blend on setting 2 for a furth er 20 seconds.

Sprink le w ith nutm eg and serve.
