Application
True Fan +
Steam
To steam dishes. Use
this function to de‐
crease the length of
the cooking time and
to preserve the vita‐
mins and nutrients in
the food. Select the
function and set the
temperature between
130 °C to 230 °C.
Pizza Setting
To bake food on one
shelf position for a
more intensive
browning and a
crispy bottom. Set the
temperature 20 - 40
°C lower than for the
function: Convention‐
al Cooking.
Conventional
Cooking (Top /
Bottom Heat)
To bake and roast
food on one shelf po‐
sition.
Slow Cooking
To prepare tender,
succulent roasts.
Bottom Heat
To bake cakes with
crispy bottom and to
preserve food.

Moist Fan Bak‐
ing
This function is de‐
signed to save ener‐
gy during cooking.
For the cooking in‐
structions refer to
"Hints and tips" chap‐
ter, Moist Fan Bak‐
ing. The oven door
should be closed dur‐
ing cooking so that
the function is not in‐
terrupted and to en‐
sure that the oven
operates with the
highest energy effi‐
ciency possible.
When you use this
function, the temper‐
ature in the cavity
may differ from the
set temperature. The
residual heat is
used.The heating
power may be re‐
duced. For general
energy saving recom‐
mendations refer to
"Energy Efficiency"
chapter, Energy Sav‐
ing.This function was
used to comply with
the energy efficiency
class according to EN
60350-1. When you
use this function the
lamp automatically
turns off after 30 sec‐
onds.
Frozen Foods
To make conven‐
ience food (e.g.
french fries, potato
wedges or spring
rolls) crispy.
Grill
To grill flat food and
to toast bread.
