9. Ventilation & air conditioning

Optionally yacht can be equipped with heating system or air-conditioning system. Central unit of

capacity of 54.000 BTU supplies then conditioned air to all cabins, salon and wheelhouse. The

system working “in reverse” can be used also for heating of the interior during cold weather

conditions. Natural ventilation is by a set of stainless steel ventilation cowls with dorade boxes

(option). Bathrooms are additionally ventilated with electric extractor fans by stainless steel grills

with water traps.

10. Piping Systems

10.1. Fresh water system

Two integral fresh water tanks provide 5 236 liters of fresh water. Hot water onboard is being

supplied by two electric water heaters. Connections needed for future installation of watermaker

are provided.

10.2. Sea-water system

Sea-water system provides sea-water for cooling purposes of the engines, generator, air

condition, and for firefighting system.

10.3. Sewage system

The integral holding tank has a capacity of 569 liters.

10.4. Bilge and Fire-fighting System

The boat is divided into following watertight sections:

 Fore – ship

 Main engine-room

 Aft ship

One big electric bilge pump placed in the engine-room pumps out the bilge-water of all the

section and serves also alternatively as a fire-fighting pump. There is a quick-release hose

connection in the deck locker over the engine room. The main bilge pump manifold is placed in

the engine-room. Spare manual bilge pump is placed in a locker accessible from deck. Besides
