3. Main engines & propulsion
Twin main engines Yanmar 4HJ3-DTHE (125 HP) with KMH4A1 gearboxes are installed aft. The
engines are connected to KMH4A1 reverse gearboxes and placed on elastic mounts..
Two 40mm shaft lines with 5-bladed propellers from Amartech.
4. Rudder arrangements
Twin profiled spade rudders welded right behind the propellers for better efficiency. Hydraulic
rudder machine from Vetus, three control positions: main in the wheelhouse and two wing
stations on flybridge. Additional maneuverability can be provided by bow thruster.
5. Anchor & mooring
5.1. Anchor arrangement
Toplicht 50 kgs main anchor placed in a stainless steel hawse pipe welded in the centerline
against the stem. The anchor is equipped with 110 m of 12 mm anchor chain. Electric anchor
windlass operated from the wheelhouse. Spare anchor stored in the aft-ship.
5.2. Mooring Equipment.
The yacht is provided with eight stainless steel custom made mooring bollards and eight stainless
steel custom made mooring oval fairleads installed in the bulwark. Classic stainless steel or good
quality chromed fittings throughout the vessel. Custom built round fairleads of stainless steel
pipe are welded in the centerline of bow bulwark for towing purposes.
6. Deck equipment
6.1. Hatches, windows, companionway & outside doors
Depending upon the option yacht can be equipped with traditional teak skylights where the
opening flap is Foresti & Suardi brass chromed hatch (6 or 7 units).
Big windows are built of thermo-glass double layer with 6 mm gap between the panes. The glass
is glued into a recess in the construction and (depending on the option) finished with mahogany
varnished frames.
Glass thickness:
Wheelhouse front windows: 10 mm tempered+ 6 mm gap + 2x3 mm
Wheelhouse side windows: 2x3 mm + 6 mm gap + 2x3 mm
Superstructure sides and aft: 2x3 mm + 6 mm gap + 2x3 mm
Front wheelhouse windows are equipped with electric wipers.
6.2. Bulwark , stormrail & handgrips
The deck is surrounded with a steel bulwark which is raised fore and aft. The bulwark is capped
with a teak rail-cap, traditional storm-rail stanchions in stainless steel with a teak rail-cap on top.
Middle line stainless steel wire. Both sides in the aft part of the yacht are opening parts to access
bathing ladder and tender. Basic version of the yacht is equipped with stanchions and steel rope
only, while Classic version contains teak rail-caps (not varnished).
6.3. Teak deck & gratings
Depending on the version main deck and fly bridge can be covered with anti-sliding paint or,
partly or fully, with teak planks glued with Sikaflex system. Roof covered with anti-sliding paint.
