Oven Function Control Knob (Fig. 1)
Here you can find the symbols appearing on the Oven
Function Control Knob and their meaning.
0 Oven Off;
Conventional cooking - both the top and the bottom
elements heat the oven cavity;
Grill - It cannot be used at the same time as the
oven.
Bottom heating element - The heat comes from the
bottom of the oven only.
Fan cooking - This allows you to roast or roast and
bake simoultaneously using any shelf, without
flavour transference.
Defrost Setting - This setting is intendet to
assist in thawing of frozen food
You can choose the function you need by turning the knob
on the relevant symbol.
