DAILY USE

Refrigerator

Initially turn the thermostat control to a set-

ting somewhere in the middle (3–4), then

adjust if necessary after a day or so to

maintain a temperature of approx. +5°C.

The higher the number, the lower the tem-

perature inside the refrigerator.

The defrosting tray below the freezer com-

partment is also used to regulate the tem-

perature distribution between refrigerator

and freezer compartment. If the tray is lifted

and slid towards the rear wall, this will lower

the temperature inside the freezer compart-

ment and raise the temperature in the re-

frigerator section. If you keep frozen foods

in the freezer compartment, the defrosting

tray should be left in its rear position.

Hotplates control knobs (for selected

models only)

The hotplate control knobs on the edge of

the sink top have seven settings: six tem-

perature settings and off (0). The hotplate
