Choice of cooking utensils
Use only pans that are intended for
use with a ceramic glass hob and
oven.
When choosing a pan or frying-pan for the
hob, remember that the pan bottom:
• must be magnetic.
• does not need to be completely
adapted to the zone size, but a small
pan on a large zone means longer
cooking time.
• must be smooth or finely patterned.
We recommend the following minimum
dimensions for the pan bottom diameter;
It is naturally best for the zone and the pan
bottom to be the same size.
Save energy!
• Use a lid and you halve energy
consumption (compared with using
without a lid).
• Steaming and pressure cooking also
save energy.
